Pupils at St Michael's Primary School, Kingsteignton, have this week shown off their acting skills to no fewer than 300 people.
The 108 eight and nine-year-olds staged three performances of Jack in the Beanstalk, favouring the Roald Dahl production for its wit and songs.
Different age groups in the school take it in turns to lay on such events, this term it fell to years three and four.
One of the organisers, teacher Jackie Millyard, said: 'They've absolutely loved it and been really enthusiastic.
