Around 2,000 revellers poured into Newton Abbot Racecourse for one-day music extravaganza Lemonfest on Saturday.Organisers spent a year planning the event, which saw festival goers party in the dance tent, watch south Devon based bands on the Locally Grown stage and sing along to well-known acts on the main stage.'We were really chuffed with how the day went,' said Luke Turpin, of Lemonfest.'We had a few teething problems and were a little unorganised for when the festival opened its doors but we soon sorted those issues out and the majority of comments we have received have been really complimentary.'There was a great atmosphere and we are going to come back bigger and better next year. 'We'll note the less positive comments and make improvements, it's a learning curve. We want to double the numbers next year and are already talking about what acts we'd like to play.'Among the main performers were Teignmouth base
