ABBOTSKERSWELL'S first Music Festival had something for everyone at the weekend.

Organisers Lisa and Neil Reynolds, of Grange Road, raised £550 for Children's Hospice South West and a children's meningitis charity from the event.

Newton Abbot band Rude Tiger headlined, supported by Shot Down, a covers rock band, Kingsteignton singer songwriter Nicky Swann, cover band Class 2010 and duo Slipstream.

Normally any line-up might be expected to include Neil Reynolds himself, a professional lead guitarist with a number of bands, including Aphrodisiac.
