I hope the residents of Kingsteignton will note his future stance and the fact that Cllr Lambert has been told to look elsewhere for her allotments. Will some courageous soul come forward to once again state no development without infrastructure and amenities running in parallel?Mind you, Sibelco do say the cost of restoring their land has to be borne in mind. who has asked them to do so? I think they have profited from their holdings as has Kingsteignton, return it to nature and go after Teignbridge and Devon County Council to provide us with the facilities they failed to do since the 1980s.
