A Teignmouth bistro has launched a bespoke gin based on its bestselling menu item: avocado smash.
Brunch, located in Teignmouth’s Triangle, teamed up with Exeter Gin to create the avocado and lime tipple.
Brunch owner Dave Hadcroft explained that Exeter Gin founder Karen Skerratt is a regular customer at the cafe and that she came up with the idea of joining forces to create a special Brunch gin.
Dave jumped at the idea and brought all his staff to the Exeter Gin distillery at the Broadmeadow Industrial Estate in Teignmouth to create their own concoctions.
He describes the Brunch avocado and lime gin as having a clean, crisp taste.
Exeter Gin is no stranger to working with Teignmouth businesses and has worked with Laura Wall and Teignmouth Rugby Club.
