A REQUEST has been made by Rebecca Partridge to use Bovey Tracey’s Mill Marsh Park and the associated Trim Trail equipment for circuit-based exercise classes.

The classes would be for 16-year-olds and upwards.

At Bovey Tracey Town Council Recreation, Parks and Property Committee, Cllr Eoghan Kelly said it was fair play if it was going to result in more use out of the equipment, as long as there was public liability insurance cover.

Cllr Steven Leigh said he believed the council should make a charge for using the equipment, which the council paid for, because it was a business and not a charity.
