119 new people in Teignbridge had a confirmed positive test result reported on Saturday, December 18.
This means that between December 12 and 18, 663 people had a confirmed positive test result. This shows a decrease of -16.0% compared to the previous seven days.
As the booster vaccinations go on apace at the Newton Abbot Racecourse, the latest Government figures also reveal that 110,935 people had been given a first dose by the end of Friday, December 17.
104,132 people had been given a second dose by the end of December 17.
Fortunately there were no deaths reported on December 18 but between December 12 and 18 one death has been reported within 28 days of a positive coronavirus test.
