A TOP Teignbridge tourist attraction is on the market for just under £1.3million.

Ogwell-based Prickly Ball Farm and Moorland Views - famous for its hedgehogs - is being sold after nearly 40 years on the local tourist trail.

Selling agents Charles Darrow have revealed the Denbury Road facility has already attracted healthy levels of interest.

Spokesman James Sanders said today Friday Feb 9th) : ‘It’s only just been put on – and we are very pleased with the activity it has generated with the wide exposure given to it on our various portals.’

The popular venue was established in 1980, and quickly became well known as the Hedgehog Rescue Centre.

It has grown over the years to feature a range of animals from alpacas and donkeys to goats, pigs and sheep.

The popular destination for trippers also ropes in a cafe, soft play area, games barn and picnic areas.
