The founder of Ashburton Cookery School, Stella Harling, is awarded an MBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours, announced today (Saturday).

She has been recognised for her services to hospitality.

A BEM has gone to Sheila Robbins, for services to the Bishopsteignton Children';s Theatre and the village community.
