HAULING a tour to Kingswear the 60007 Sir Nigel Gresley passed through several Teignbridge train stations on Saturday, June 3, including Newton Abbot, Dawlish Warren and Teignmouth.

The tour, which began in Slough, began with diesel locomotives before the 60007 Sir Nigel Gresley took over at Taunton.

The train made haste thereafter, passing through Dawlish Warren just before noon; it was then onto Newton Abbot, which meant passing through Teignmouth.
