AN inquest has been opened into the death of a retired primary school teacher.
Emma Pryde, 57, was found hanged in the garden of her home in Newton Abbot, last month.
An inquest has been opened at Devon Coroner's Court in Exeter by senior coroner Philip Spinney who said Emma was divorced and a retired primary school teacher.
He said she died from respiratory arrest.
The inquest has been adjourned to a later date.
