To celebrate their golden jubilee, 1st Kingsteignton guides will be holding a special early evening of entertainment for present and past guides and guide leaders at their usual meeting place in Homers Lane, Kingsteignton, on March 18. Guides, leaders and anyone involved in the unit during the past 50 years since its registration in March 1956 are invited. The first Guide has already promised to attend and the unit is hoping many more links with the past will turn up. However, the leaders know that there are many others who do not appear on the unit's past records.
