Having been a fan of Muse for several years and having travelled the world to enjoy their live shows, the two-day event in Teignmouth was anticipated to be something special and certainly one not to be missed.
I was fortunate in having obtained tickets for both nights of the event but decided to arrive a day early and stay on for an extra day afterwards, which was a good decision as Teignmouth turned out to be a beautiful, unspoilt, and relaxing coastal town.
Naturally I wish to thank the band for two very entertaining concerts, but more so I would like to thank the people of Teignmouth for getting into the spirit of the event and making us feel very welcome.
The organisation within the town was exceedingly well thought out. The marshalls and the police were helpful and friendly and I understand that there had been a minimum of trouble for them to deal with.
The local authority and the people of Teignmouth should be proud of their achievement, both for having had the faith to permit such an event, and for helping to make it a success in terms of its organisation and atmosphere.
I will certainly be returning to your town in the future to enjoy more of what you have to offer. Thank you very much.'
