The opinions of Kingsteignton residents are needed to move forward on plans to upgrade Clifford Park in the town.
The Friends of Clifford Park are hosting a coffee morning tomorrow, November 24, at Kingsteignton Library, to gather thoughts about the park and hear about any problems.
They’ve also compiled a quick survey that they’re asking residents to fill in online.
A spokesperson for the Friends said: ‘We’re a group of people from Kingsteignton who want to turn Clifford Park back into the park it used to be.
‘We have lots of ideas for the park and a preliminary plan. We’ve compiled a quick survey to find out the thoughts and feelings of people in the town. Please spare five minutes to fill in the survey.
‘We need to get everyone’s opinion so we can get the funding to be able to turn this park around.’
The three-acre park is owned by Clifford Estates and managed by the town council.
It has a children’s playground, basketball area, fitness equipment and a BMX ramp for Kingsteignton Riders Union.
