Rowcroft, the Torbay and South Devon Hospice, is preparing to hold the 100th prize draw for it's weekly Lottery today. At around 11am, the hospice's lottery computer will randomly select 33 cash prizes and the first winner to be chosen will be the 100th winner of the top prize of £1,000 'The membership of the lottery continues to grow week by week and we will have more than 5,200 players in our 100th draw,' said David Pitt, lottery manager. "In the past year, the lottery has contributed more than £100,000 towards the delivery of patient care within the hospice, that's after covering the cost of all prizes and expenses". Mr Pitt went on to say. 'With the present level of membership we can expect to raise more than £140,000 over the next year.'
