A SERIAL 'flasher' is at large in Newton Abbot, police warned this week.

It is believed the pervert may have struck at least six times in the last year alone and may have committed many more crimes which have gone unreported.

Senior officers have now made a special appeal: 'Help us catch this offender sooner rather than later.'
