A MAN has been fined for driving while over the drug driving limit.

Dale Green, 41, of Paignton, admitted the offence on November 21 on the A380 at Newton Abbot of driving while exceeding the limit for cocaine.

He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £392 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £39 and costs of £85.

He also admitted driving, on the same date and on the A380, while over the limit for a controlled drug.

Magistrates ordered no further penalty.
