UP to 100 people visited an exhibition to see proposals to build 250 homes at a prominent Kingsteignton site, writes Ellen Grindley.
Developer Eagle One Homes held a public showing of its vision for the new housing, along with a public park area, on land at Penns Mount.
The company was showing its plans for the 28-acre site which feature housing, a seven acre public park, community gardens as well as enhanced walking and cycling routes linking with the estuary and countryside.
Penns Mount has been identified for housing in Teignbridge Council's draft core strategy.
