A HIGH-RISK missing person was found in Newton Abbot just 90 minutes after disappearing from Torbay Hospital.
Police searches located the woman in a park in the town just before 4pm yesterday.
She was said to be conscious and breathing - and returned safely to hospital by ambulance after the alarm was raised just before 2.30pm.
