More than a century since steam railmotor was last seen on track

A RARE visitor to the district's rail tracks is set to star in a nine-day extravaganza starting this weekend.

The 1903 GWR Steam Railmotor is the only surviving example of the carriage-cum-engine design and has already been putting in some test miles on the South Devon Railway ahead of the event.
