Mother’s agony: terminate pregnancy or risk dying

A YOUNG mother had to take a 'horrendous' decision – terminate her much-wanted pregnancy or risk total blindness or death.

Nena Martin-Harris, 29, decided after much heartsearching with her husband Carl to terminate at three months, but admits it will always haunt her.

She suffers from a rare and little known medical condition, and will now probably never have another baby.
