GRAMMY award-winning group Clean Bandit dedicated a song to a school girl who died after taking drugs at a Newton Abbot park earlier this month.

The chart-topping band, who were entertaining the crowds at MTV Crashes Plymouth last night, blasted out their 2014 Rather Be in memory of 15-year-old Leah Kerry.

The youngster died in the early hours on July 15 after suffering an adverse reaction to new psychoactive substances at Bakers Park in Newton Abbot.

Two other girls thought to have taken the same substance were taken to Torbay Hospital as a precaution and later discharged.
