A 34-year-old woman is due to appear before Exeter Crown Court today (fri) charged with murder in Newton Abbot.

Teresa Rylands is alleged to have murdered 48-year-old Neil Mitchell, of Barton Drive, Newton Abbot, between August 12-19.

She made an initial court appearance before Torbay magistrates yesterday (thurs) when she was remanded in custody for today's hearing.
