IT’S probably the biggest free music festival in the region, and is now attracting visitors from across the country.
The four-day extravaganza outside the Ship Inn on Teignmouth back beach and harbourside, again featured an eclectic mix of bands, soloists and vocalists to entertain the crowds who flocked in over the bank holiday weekend.
Pete Williams, the local musician and businessman who has masterminded the event for a decade, said it was one of the best ever, with about 20 acts.
‘There is nothing else like it around here. I was in Thailand recently and met a couple from Brighton who had heard of the festival, and were arranging their holiday around it.
