A TEIGNBRIDGE primary school is celebrating recognition of its continued improvements with confirmation of its success at being one of the top schools in the country at teaching children to read.
Teaching at St Catherine's C of E Primary in Heathfield was branded 'inadequate' by inspectors in 2008.
But with a new management structure and under the overall leadership of former South West Headteacher of the Year Martin Harding, the school is now officially a 'good' school according to Ofsted.
