BOY racers are back in Kingsteignton car parks making residents' lives a misery.

Groups of youths in cars and on BMX bikes have been using the Halfords and Kingsteignton Retail Park car parks as race tracks.

Now police have vowed to crack down on the problem by carrying out regular patrols.
