Liberal Democrat candidate Andrew MacGregor took the seat from standing Tory councillor Timothy Golder.

Cllr MacGregor said: ‘It was a little bit unexpected and it’s been a very interesting but very clean fight. I initially thought we wouldn’t do well. We’ve done a lot of hard work as a team and I wish the other candidates well.’
