ANOTHER landmark commercial property in Newton Abbot is up for sale, this time the Queens Hotel.

Estate agent Charles Darrow is inviting offers around £750,000 for Newton Abbot's only town centre hotel.

Its sale by owner Lynda Katz comes in the same month that Ye Olde Cider Bar in East Street was put on the market with an asking price of £500,000.
