A PUBLIC toilet in Newton Abbot has been spruced up in time for summer.

The great and the good from Newton Abbot Town Council have given the Newfoundland Way public toilets a fresh lick of paint this week.

The Facilities Maintenance Team's handiwork can be seen in the photo above.

In addition to outside improvements, the Town Council recently installed new hand-washing facilities at the premises.
