I thank the residents of East Teignmouth for their generosity in taking part in an Easter egg raffle which raised more than £400 for the ShelterBox charity.

The raffle was held at Ashleigh Way newsagents and, due to the fundraising efforts of proprietors Andrew and Alison Clarke and their son Dominic, a second ShelterBox can be purchased by the club for emergency relief in disaster areas worldwide.
