A BOTTLE of wine signed by Prime Minister Teresa May and a rare bottle of QE2 whiskey are among the items in a ‘dream auction’ at Torquay’s Imperial Hotel on October 6.
The Friends of St Matthias Church are hosting the auction to raise funds for the church.
The auction of 100 lots will begin with a canapés reception from 6.30pm.
A spokesman for the auction said: ‘The lots cover a wide range of activities, including food and drink, holiday trips and many other attractions both local and more distant.
‘A bottle of wine signed by the Prime Minister or a tour of Durham Cathedral followed by tea in the Deanery could be yours. Or you may prefer a visit to the newly opened Jubilee Gallery in Westminster Abbey.’
