A RELEASED prisoner from Kingsteignton who failed to comply with the requirements imposed following his release has been sent back to prison.

Colin Patrick Joseph Cuddy, aged 35, of Prescott Way, Kingsteignton, admitted breaching  the licence by being out of contact with his supervising officer since January 9.

South and West Devon Magistrates' Court committed him to prison for five days.
