A 26-year-old Teignmouth man was today remanded in custody until Friday, February 11, charged with murder.

Lee Webber, of Kingsway, is charged with the murder of Daniel Bury.

Torquay magistrates remanded him to appear at Exeter Crown Court.

Reece Sicklemore, 24, of Old Gatehouse Road, Dawlish, is charged with assisting an offender. He was remanded in custody until Tuesday to re-appear at Torquay Magistrates Court.
