PROBLEMS with bullying for Dartmouth youngsters could be overcome, thanks to a new video to be presented to schools by the town's Rotary club.
'Coping with Bullying' is produced in conjunction with 'Rotary, Coping with Life' and will be given free to all local schools and colleges.
The videos use sound, animation and text collectively to get their message across to the children.
It is known that many young children suffer from bullying, stress and the effects of crime, bereavement and family breakdown. Problems like these are difficult to recognise and often go undetected.
Rotary clubs hope that the videos will offer real help in a private and non-threatening way.
A Rotary spokesman said: 'Half of all schoolchildren are victims of bullying and the bullies can be boys or girls of any age.'
