A FUN day is being held at ­Ullacombe Farm next month in a bid to raise cash for Rowcroft ­Hospice.

There will be lots for people to sink their teeth into at the ‘Funny Farm’ event on September 9 ­including live music and a dog show.

Last year’s summer spectacle raised more than £3,000 and organisers are hoping to top that.

Other entertainment includes inflatables, a magician, Dartmoor Hill Pony Championship, a hawk and owl display plus lots of food and drink.

Gates to the farm at Haytor Road, Bovey Tracey, are set to open at 10am and close at 5pm.
