Carnival crowds across the south west this year could be forgiven if they believe they are seeing double. Owing to the number of engagements in the coming season, the Bovey Tracey Carnival Committee has crowned not one but two queens. Sharing the limelight will be Kerrianne Pettit and Carey Oliver, who have been presented to the public for the first time. The girls will take it in turns to attend carnivals where they will be served by their four princesses and two princes.
