A unique outdoor experience that will place some of the biggest and best names in comedy on one stage is set to split your sides at Powderham Castle next summer.
Comedy in the Park on August 14 promises a night of side-splitting laughter with John Bishop, Katherine Ryan, Jason Manford, Rob Beckett, Paul Chowdhry and Judi Love providing a night of entertainment in an open air theatre style setting.
The grounds of the castle will be turned into a comedy arena for the evening with various street food vendors and bars dotted around the grounds allowing your chuckle muscles a respite from the laughing.
John Bishop headlines the event with his charm, unique brand of observational humour and an unrivalled gift of creating laughs in a relaxed atmosphere.
He’s joined by cheeky-chappie Rob Beckett and master of expert observational comedy Jason Manford, both two hot properties on the comedy circuit, along with Canadian comic and comedy panel show regular Katherine Ryan.
One of the UK’s most stand-out up-and-coming performers, straight-talking powerhouse Judi Love, and multi-award-winning stand-up comedian, actor, and writer Paul Chowdhry, make up the comedy six-pack.
