Runaway tortoise discovered on Newton Abbot street – owner urged to come forward

ONE Newton Abbot resident is appealing for the owner of a tortoise to come forward and collect their beloved pet.

Lisa Maunder found the animal wandering along Mount Pleasant Road, Wolborough Hill, and is urging the rightful owner to come forward.
