DEVELOPER Taylor Wimpey is holding a public exhibition in the Chudleigh Town Hall on Wednesday detailing its proposals for housing on fields at Grovelands and next to Colway Lane.

There are plans for 69 new two-four bedroom homes along with self-build plots.

It is likely that a planning application will be submitted to Teignbridge Council next month, (APRIL) and Chudleigh Town Council’s Planning Committee is expected to discuss the formal application, probably in May.

The exhibition will be open between 2.30pm-7pm.
