SHALDON Bridge will be temporarily closed later this month while maintenance lift work is undertaken. The road will be closed from 9.15am on Tuesday, October 25, until 6am the following morning to carry out part of continuing restoration and refurbishment. Diverted traffic will be via the A381 Teignmouth Road, A380 South Devon Link Road and B3199 Riviera Way to the A379 Teignmouth Road.
