RECIPES are being sought for a Kingsteignton community cookbook.

Resident Janet Cottrell is out and about looking for local or family favourite recipes to compile a book for charity.

She recently met the Friends of Kingsteignton Library who are helping her in her search.

Ms Cottrell said: 'I was at a neighbour's barbeque and someone asked for the recipe for my cakes and puddings. It made me think about pulling together a community cookbook of Kingsteignton recipes.
