The Globe Inn, Chagford, is taking its love of Father Christmas to extreme levels this festive season.
It's dotted hundreds of Santa models and cuddly toys around the pub to raise money for the Devon Air Ambulance Trust.
Landlady Mary French is holding a sweepstake for punters to guess how many are housed there.
The figure will be revealed tomorrow – Christmas Eve.
Mary has been collecting the ornaments and figurines for the last 40 years.
'I just love Father Christmas,' said Mary.
'This is the first time we've done a competition properly, the regulars have had a month to make their guesses and let us know how many they think there is at the pub.'
The winner will receive a bottle of wine.
