FIREFIGHTERS and paramedics attended a road crash in the early hours in Newton Abbot.

Occupants of the crashed vehicle escaped without injury after the incident in The Avenue.

The accident happened just after 1.30am on Friday.

A fire crew from the town made the vehicle safe.

No other vehicles were involved.
