The West Country’s premier big band. AJ’s Big Band can be seen in concert at Pavilions Teignmouth next Sunday.
The 3pm concert of November 7 will feature an afternoon of swing and jazz classic from the band that is now into its 35th year of performing.
High on the agenda will be the band’s new vocalist, Jaqs Price-Hughes, whose vibrant style brings an exciting dimension to the music scene and joining the concert will be the ever popular Liberty Sisters.
Their smooth blend of close harmony vocals is perfect for inclusion in the show, especially the unforgettable numbers of the 1930s and 40s.
