SUPPORT us or lose us is the warning from the Bovey Tracey Carnival Committee that the annual week of fun and activities, which dates back 50 years, could be lost in 2016.

On Tuesday, it is the carnival’s annual meeting – at 8pm in the Dolphin Hotel – and with the secretary Carol Stoneman and press officer Hayley Smith standing down it will be the end of the road unless replacements are found to fill the void.
