The prospect of major expansion in and around Kingsteignton came a step closer on Wednesday when Devon County Council said it would not object to the scheme.

Minerals firm Sibleco had its latest plans for more than 700 homes, new roads and commercial units – essentially the same as those it withdrew earlier in the year – pored over by members of the county's development management committee at County Hall.
