SWINGS, slides and a seesaw are among some of the latest equipment which has been installed in a Newton Abbot play park undergoing refurbishment.

Ashburton Road Play Area, otherwise known as Figure of Eight Park, has been undergoing for refurbishment for some months, with the latest equipment, including swings, slides and seesaw, being installed in recent weeks.

Several saplings have also been planted along the pathway adjacent to the river.
