TEA on the Green parties are returning after last year's successful series of events in Buckfastleigh's Orchard Millennium Green.

The parties start on Easter Sunday and weather permitting will continue on Sundays and bank holiday Mondays until early autumn.

The Orchard Millennium Green Trust, which manages the community space in partnership with the Buckfastleigh and District Society, established the tea parties for residents as part of a wider drive to help businesses and tourist attractions.

Last summer the trust also worked closely with Totnes and Dartmouth Ring and Ride to host a special tea party for its passengers, and expressed interest in inviting many other organisations to the green, to host more of these special events.
