Peter Spencer, of Valley Close, Teignmouth, writes:I was very concerned and sad to hear about the cat savaged by a large grey lurcher dog that burst into the garden.The owner of the two pit bull-type dogs that attacked and bit my daughter Elsie-Rose never did seem to show her face again.The dog owners should keep their dogs under control.You are always hearing these days about people and pets being attacked by dogs. These unconsiderate owners are making life dangerous and giving good dog owners a bad reputation.Please think twice before letting your dog off a lead, and make sure it is muzzled.
