CAMPAIGN groups and parish councils have joined forces to organise a mass visit to the district council headquarters today to voice their concerns over future plans for Teignbridge.
Dozens of groups from across the district will be converging on Forde House, Newton?Abbot, today to deliver their responses to the draft core strategy, calling for a major rethink on the 14,800 figure in the plan for the numbers of new homes needed across the district.
Their combined visit takes place on deadline day for all responses to the strategy, known as Plan Teignbridge.
The council's chief executive, Nicola Bulbeck, has been invited to accept their written reactions to the contents of the strategy.
